Most shops open at 09:30 and do not close until 20:00. Only the smaller shops close for lunch and the siesta between 14:00 and 17:00. Shopping malls and departments stores usually close much later between 21:00 and 23:00. On Sundays almost all shops are closed but the shopping malls will be open all day.
