National Museum

The Nationalmuseet or National Museum is one of the most important museums in Copenhagen, especially if you would like to learn more about the history of Denmark and its capital. The museum contains a lot of historic objects that will give you a good impression of the history of the country. The Nationalmuseet is also the place to be if you are interested in the history of the Vikings. Although the museum mainly concentrates on the national history you will also find here some very interesting artifacts from other countries.
