Regatta Storica

The Regatta Storica is a typical Venetian event on the first Sunday of September. This event was initiated in the 13th century. This parade still takes place at the Grand Canal. Most of the islands of Venice have their own regatta, but this regatta is without a doubt the biggest and most important.
